Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Meowant account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
